Term & Condition

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, installation, and use of products and services offered by Embossed. By confirming an order or availing our services, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Embossed provides premium interior décor solutions including wallpapers, customised wallpapers, vertical gardens, sofas, curtains, and floor planks. All products and services are offered subject to availability, site conditions, and final design approvals.

Warranty Policy: Embossed offers a 4-year limited warranty on wallpaper peeling, applicable only when installation is carried out by the official Embossed installation team. The warranty covers manufacturing-related peeling issues under normal indoor conditions and does not apply to damages caused by moisture, seepage, damp walls, structural cracks, mishandling, or external factors.

Color & Design Guarantee: Embossed guarantees the color shades and approved designs as finalized at the time of order. Minor variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, wall texture, or material characteristics, which shall not be considered defects.

Free Installation: Free installation is provided only for eligible products as specified at the time of purchase. Installation includes standard surface preparation and fitting. Any additional civil work, wall correction, moisture treatment, electrical adjustments, or special site requirements will be charged separately.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure walls are dry, structurally sound, and free from dampness, leakage, or seepage prior to installation. Embossed shall not be responsible for failures arising from improper wall conditions.

Payment & Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed only after advance payment as agreed. Customized products once approved and processed cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Delivery & Timelines: Estimated delivery and installation timelines are indicative and may vary due to design complexity, material availability, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances. Embossed will make reasonable efforts to adhere to committed schedules.

Limitation of Liability: Embossed’s liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective material covered under warranty. Embossed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Care & Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance instructions provided by Embossed must be followed to ensure product longevity. Improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals will void warranty.

Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
